For New Patients
The nonrefundable deposit fee covers the evaluation and treatment plan visit. The recommended procedures or skincare products are an additional cost.
For Established Patients
The nonrefundable deposit fee for returning patients goes toward your scheduled treatment procedure. The remaining balance will be collected at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our appointments, we are unable to accommodate late appointment changes. We will need 72 hour notice for any appointment changes. If less than 72 hours, the visit fee cannot be transferred. Thank you for your understanding and helping us honor each patient’s reservation and experience.
